lyrics
I cracked a joke at the reception
Receptionist looked like fear into my eyes I wonder why
There was sunshine in Acapulco
A man once told me in every shoe there is a sole
Just waiting to escape
Waiting to escape
Waiting too
What a fool I've been
Make me listen again
What a fool I've been
What I've done's been did
Well they didn't attempt to stop
Stop me from trying so I exited with prestige
My heart felt a little bit damaged
But no aches involved I felt relieved once out the door
Just waiting to escape
Waiting to escape
Waiting too
What a fool I've been
Make me listen again
What a fool I've been
What I've done's been did
What a fool I've been
Been, been, been
Been, been, been

Decent homage to what I consider one of the finest English (as in region in south of British Isles, rather than language or mistaken term for entire UK) Folk records of the Twentieth century. Shaggy Maggot
